A. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.


B. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-Off Time:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PDT)

Orders placed within this time frame will begin processing the same business day.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


C. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after shipment.

In most cases, customers receive their packages within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

We appreciate your understanding should any unexpected delays occur.


D. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

You may use this information to monitor your shipment in real time.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we primarily ship via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined based on delivery location and order size.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately:
