Important – Please Read Carefully

FrontiaBike provides customers with access to a U.S.-based service facility to support warranty and repair services for eligible products, ensuring efficient turnaround times.

Certain models or components may require service directly through the manufacturer.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a defect arises and is covered under this policy, FrontiaBike will repair or replace the affected product or component in accordance with the terms outlined below.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser.

Shipping During Warranty Service

During the warranty period, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified in writing by FrontiaBike.


What Is Not Covered (Non-Warranty Conditions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or outside their authorized sales region

  2. Damage caused by improper packaging during return shipment

  3. Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with

  4. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the owner's manual

  5. Damage caused by:

    • Overloading or exceeding maximum weight capacity

    • Performing stunts or tricks

    • Collisions with curbs, walls, or obstacles

    • Prolonged exposure to heavy rain or water submersion

  6. Excessive acceleration or braking beyond normal use

  7. Operating the product beyond its rated maximum speed

  8. Rapid hill climbing or descending beyond recommended limits

  9. Electrical or material damage not caused by manufacturing defects

  10. Normal wear and tear


Warranty Claim Process

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Do not send any items back without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Additional Notes

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • FrontiaBike reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving repair or replacement.
